Minimum details required to open a bank account for legal entities:
Valid Passport or National Identity Document
Completion and signature of the documentation for opening the account
Legal address and tax address, telephone, fax and/or e-mail address
Document of formation and constitution
Justification, in the same way as in the above section, of the identity of the individual who has the powers of representation
Certificate of entry in the Registry (or equivalent document signed before a commissioner for oaths)
Non-Andorran individuals must send the documents mentioned above, with an apostille duly affixed
All documentation required in terms of anti-money laundering
