Andbank has welcomed the 33 young people who will take part in this year\u2019s summer internship programme, which forms part of the Andbank Trainee Program. Of the total, 17 will join the bank\u2019s branches across the country, while the remaining participants will strengthen the central services teams in a range of operational and support areas.<\/p>\n
Over the coming weeks, the participants will become involved in the day-to-day work of the different departments and work alongside the bank\u2019s professional teams. This experience will enable them to gain first-hand knowledge of how the banking sector operates, while supporting the bank\u2019s activities during the summer period.<\/p>\n
As part of the programme, the young participants receive initial training that includes sessions on how Andbank operates, the different departments in which they will complete their internships, and key financial concepts. The training is designed to facilitate their integration, provide them with an overall view of the organisation and strengthen their financial knowledge.<\/p>\n

The Trainee Program was created to promote young talent and enhance participants\u2019 employability. It gives students the opportunity to gain professional experience, develop key skills, work as part of a team and contribute to real projects, all of which are essential to their future careers.<\/p>\n
More than 230 students have taken part in the initiative during previous editions. In its twelfth year, Andbank reaffirms its commitment to developing young talent and training the future professionals of the financial sector.<\/p>\n
