On 5 and 6 September Andbank had its business outing for its private banking team in Andorra. A total of 40 professionals from the bank had a series of working sessions and activities to guarantee strategic alignment and skills development for professional improvement, to strengthen motivation and commitment to their common project, and to place the client in the most important focal point.
The outing, which the bank has organised on other occasions to places such as Barcelona and Girona, chose two locations in Andorra itself for this year’s event: the Andorra Park Hotel, where most of the sessions, talks and activities took place, and the Coll de la Botella restaurant in the Vallnord-Pal Arinsal ski station, with an activity that was half showcooking and half team building, where three teams of Andbank professionals led by the chefs Carles Flinch, Lourdes Turné and Ramon Sasplugas prepared the dinner for the first day of the outing.
On Thursday the participants enjoyed more than one motivational talk given by the coach Victor Küppers, a lecturer at business schools such as IESE and ESADE and at Barcelona University and the International University of Catalonia, and the author of books such as “L’efecte actitud” and “Viure la vida amb sentit”.
The outing was also an opportunity for a second team building activity consisting in an escape room, a team game in which the participants solve a series of puzzles under the supervision of a psychologist to demonstrate their individual and collective skills.
