Andbank is now taking applications for its 2023 Trainee Programme for university students

Andbank is now taking applications for its paid internship programme for students who want to pursue careers in the banking sector. This is the ninth edition of the Andbank Trainee Programme, which has trained over 170 students in its previous eight editions.

This initiative reflects the bank’s commitment to attracting young talent, as it allows students with different profiles to join a range of different departments at its head office, branch network or its subsidiaries abroad. Participants will gain first-hand knowledge of how the banking sector works, in addition to being able to guide them, prepare them, and have valuable learning experiences for them as they start out in their careers path.

The Andbank Trainee Programme offers two options: summer internships during July and August, or a long-term programme lasting 3 to 12 months. Both options offer the possibility of internships at the head office in Andorra, in which case the applicant must be an Andorran citizen or resident, or at any of the bank’s subsidiaries abroad.

To apply for the summer programme, students must be currently enrolled in the second year of a university studies, demonstrate a good command of English and have teamwork skills, initiative, be responsible and versatile. The participation in this program is limited to two editions and places are limited.

Applicants for long-term internships must be final-year students, recent graduates or postgraduate or master’s degree students.

Those interested in the summer programme must submit their application (curriculum vitae, cover letter and academic record) by 31 March 2023, and those interested in the year-long programme must do so by 14 April.
