Andbank welcomes the young students who are taking part in the Andbank Trainee Program

Andbank welcomes 20 young students in the fourth year of the summer training program.

Andbank has welcomed the 20 youngsters who are starting on the summer Andbank Trainee Program. Six of them are in offices in the country and the rest are in central services in the operational and service fields. As well as the places for study this fourth edition includes three young people who will form part of the long-term program that comprises courses of between six months and a year.

These young people will share their day-to-day life with the team of professionals of the different departments of central services and offices, entering the world of work in general and the banking sector in particular, while strengthening the bank’s teams during the summer holiday period by carrying out support work.

The 20 participants were selected from among more than 90 applications that the human resources department received after the registration period opened. Some of the requirements for joining the Trainee Program were: having completed two years of higher education connected with Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Law among others, and having Andorran nationality or being resident in Andorra

Andbank started this program with the purpose that the young candidates should obtain practical experience, complete their training and have a more rounded CV when they enter the labour market. A further aim is to help them in orientation, learning and preparation for their professional careers.
